Voting by mail in Nebraska is easy and safe. Just complete an Early Voting Form and that will tell election officials to mail you a ballot when it's time. Track your ballot by visiting Nebraska's Voter Information Lookup website.

Download and print an application in English or Spanish from your County Election Commission. Request your early voting ballot before close of business by:
Fill out the application and sign it.
Next: Return your vote by mail ballot!
Fill out your ballot. IMPORTANT: Be sure to sign the back of the return envelope. This will make sure your vote is counted!
Mail it or email a picture of your application to your County Election Commission with a regular postage stamp.

Place your ballot in an official drop box. Your ballot must be received by your election office before 8:00 pm CT on Election Day.

If you are in line when polls close, stay in line — you are still allowed to vote!
Running into trouble confirming your voter registration at your polling place? A provisional ballot allows you to cast your vote in the event that an issue arises with your registration. You can simply request a provisional ballot from a poll worker! Common reasons why a provisional ballot may be used include being registered under an old address or not returning an early voting ballot.
You can request assistance when casting your ballot in a variety of ways, including language interpretation, curbside voting, use of a ballot marking device or teletypewriter, or further in-person help. If you require assistance of any kind, let poll workers.
