Polls will be open on Primary Election Day, Tuesday, May 14, and on General Election Day, Tuesday, November 5, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. CST. If you are in line when polls close, stay in line — you are still allowed to vote!

Running into trouble confirming your voter registration at your polling place? A provisional ballot allows you to cast your vote in the event that an issue arises with your registration. You can simply request a provisional ballot from a poll worker! Common reasons why a provisional ballot may be used include being registered under an old address or not returning an early voting ballot.
You can request assistance when casting your ballot in a variety of ways, including language interpretation, curbside voting, use of a ballot marking device or teletypewriter, or further in-person help. If you require assistance of any kind, let poll workers.
Beginning April 1st, 2024, Nebraska voters will be required to present an accepted photo identification in order to vote.
