Civic Engagement Is Year-Round!

How can you make a change in your community?

At the Nebraska Table, we know the power each Nebraskan has. Engaging with our democratic processes leads to change. Let's build people power together!

We believe in the power of direct democracy to build the state we need. Through ballot initiatives and referendums, Nebraska voters are taking policy directly into their own hands. To see some of the campaigns the Nebraska Table supports, click here.

Exercising our right to vote is central to a strong democracy. We're working to make sure that every eligible Nebraskan has access to the ballot box so that they can make their voice heard. For more information on voting in the 2024 General Election, click here.

Change starts with you! We all have the power to make change and build the state we want to see. When we come together and collectively use our power, big things can happen. Whether it's by knocking doors to speak with neighbors about important issues, volunteering in your local community, writing to your representatives, or attending local meetings, you're making waves.
