Thea is passionate about empowering people to use their voice to advocate for the changes they want to see in their community to build a Nebraska that works for each Nebraskan. Over the course of her fellowship, Thea is excited to gain exposure to:

• Both the behind-the-scenes fundamentals of nonprofit operations and on-the-ground community organizing and advocacy
• Strategic digital and media communications planning
• Using data tools to measure collective impact
