Alek is a Policy Fellow supporting the statewide Community Action of Nebraska (CAN) network through the Nebraska Table’s Lobby School program.

• Supports policy research and legislative analysis to identify opportunities for bill development and introduction
• Coordinates with community partners across Nebraska to build aligned, proactive advocacy strategies
• Participates in Lobby School training while contributing to statewide legislative engagement and coalition-building efforts
